Return Policy

Due to the critical safety and performance requirements of technical diving equipment, all sales are considered final unless otherwise approved in writing.

Returns may be considered within 14 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in brand-new condition, with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories intact. Any product that has been used, submerged, modified, or shows signs of handling beyond basic inspection is not eligible for return.

All return requests must be submitted for authorization prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and assume responsibility for the item until it is received and inspected.

Batteries and sealed electrical components are non-returnable once shipped, except in the case of verified defects.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Approved warranty claims will be handled through repair or replacement at our discretion.

All returned items are subject to inspection and testing. Refunds, if issued, will only be processed after verification that the product meets return eligibility requirements.
