Kit comes complete with custom stainless brackets on stainless clamp to hold the tether just off of the scooter hull, stainless bolt snap and tether that is measured to extend the proper amount off the nose to allow ease of clipping the scooter for towing and for securing the scooter to a chest D-ring when not in use. No more mini-D-Rings and "taco" brackets that allow the tether to flop around.
